Abstract

The research dealt with the nature of electronic crimes of defamation, slander and libel through defining electronic crimes and defining crimes of defamation, slander and libel. Then the research dealt with the legal nature of electronic crimes and responsibility for electronic crimes of defamation and libel. Then it addressed the penal policy followed to combat electronic crimes and the procedures followed and the legal problem through the legal problem of criminal responsibility for electronic defamation and the procedures followed and the role of the judicial police officer in electronic crimes and finally the position of the law and the judiciary on electronic crimes.
