FAITH IN THE MESSENGERS: ITS MEANING AND SIGNIFICANCE – A DOCTRINAL STUDY

The research examines the meaning and significance of faith in the messengers. Its importance lies in establishing the doctrine of believing in the messengers, emphasizing its necessity, demonstrating the perfection of Islamic law, and highlighting the mercy it carries for humanity. The primary goal is to solidify the correct belief that faith in the messengers is an integral part of the pillars of faith. This study includes an introduction, one main chapter with five sections, a conclusion, and a bibliography of sources and references, organized as follows:
Introduction: The introduction outlines the research problems, objectives, reasons for conducting the study, research methodology, and previous studies related to the topic. It also includes a detailed research plan.
Chapter One: This chapter discusses the meaning and importance of faith in the messengers and its connection to faith in God. It consists of five sections:
The first section: The meaning of faith in the messengers and its status in Islam.
The second section: The connection between faith in God and faith in the messengers.
The third section: The fruits of faith in the messengers.
The fourth section: The roles of the messengers.
The fifth section: Humanity’s need for the messengers.
Conclusion: The conclusion highlights key findings, including that faith in the messengers is an extension of belief in the oneness of Allah (Tawheed) and a testament to love for Allah and adherence to His commands. Faith in the messengers enriches the believer’s life in various ways, such as recognizing Allah’s mercy and care for His creation.
Bibliography: Finally, the study concludes with a list of sources and references used in writing this thesis.
