The researcher identified fourteen thinking skills as a tool for analysis, then the researcher analyzed the content of the six books to reveal the skills included in them, and calculated their frequencies and percentages. The results showed that the representation skill in the first grade and the problem solving skill in the second and third grades obtained the highest frequency. The representation skill in the second and third grades, and the arrangement skill in the second grade obtained reasonable percentages, while the rest of the skill percentages were weak. The results also showed that the books included (13) skills that were repeated (658), (455) and (626) times for the three grades, respectively. The representation and problem solving skills came in percentages of (30.53%) and (16.16%), while the rest of the skills were repeated in percentages ranging between (10.52-1.03)%, which are weak percentages. All books for the three grades were devoid of the questioning skill.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 https://ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/462 ILLEGAL MIGRATION FROM THE HORN OF AFRICA TO THE SOUTHERN AND EASTERN COASTS OF YEMEN 2025-09-30T19:42:32+00:00 W. N. A. Ahmed [email protected]
Illegal migration from the Horn of Africa to the southern and eastern coasts of Yemen is a complex humanitarian phenomenon that carries many challenges and crises. This research sheds light on the age and gender characteristics of migrants, the reasons for their migration, and their economic, political, and social motivations, in addition to the size of migration flows during 2019 and 2023, as the number of migrants exceeded 230,000 migrants in just two years. Migrants cross into Yemen through two main seaports: Obock Port in Djibouti and Bosaso Port in Somalia. From there, migrants reach the southern and eastern coasts of Yemen in areas such as Brom Mayfaa in Hadhramaut, Radhum in Shabwa, and Ras Al-Ara Al-Mudaribah in Lahj. These dangerous sea journeys are full of challenges and risks that migrants face in the hope of reaching a better life. The reasons for migration are also the deteriorating political conditions in the countries of the Horn of Africa, where armed conflicts and civil wars push many people to flee in search of safety and stability. In addition, difficult economic conditions contribute to pushing individuals to migrate, as they seek job opportunities and a decent life. Social motivations also play a major role, as migrants seek to join family members or communities who migrated earlier.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 https://ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/463 EVALUATION OF THE ORAL AND DENTAL MEDICINE PROGRAM AT AL-JANAD UNIVERSITY FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FACULTY MEMBERS AND STUDENTS, ACCORDING TO QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ACADEMIC ACCREDITATION STANDARDS 2025-09-30T19:53:24+00:00 AbdulLateef AbdulHameed Al-Nehmi [email protected]
The aim of the study was to Find out availability of Quality standards and academic accreditation in Bachelor of Dental Medicine Program at Al-Janad University of Science and Technology from the perspective of faculty members and students. [email protected]
This study examines the extent to which strategic‑planning practices are applied by the leaders at the University of Taiz and explores whether these levels differ according to job role, academic qualification, and years of professional experience. It also investigates the impact of participation in training. Using a descriptive–analytical design, the study collected data were collected via a structured questionnaire administered to 268 respondents, including faculty members holding administrative positions as well as key administrative staff. The results indicate a high overall application of strategic‑planning skills (M = 3.61, SD = 0.84 on a 5‑point scale). Among the six dimensions assessed, environmental analysis ranked highest (M = 3.90), followed by vision development (M = 3.84), mission articulation (M = 3.79), and strategic‑objective setting (M = 3.69). Monitoring of program implementation (M = 3.37) and plan evaluation (M = 3.06) received moderate ratings. Analysis of variance (α = .05) revealed no significant differences in overall strategic‑planning skill application by job role. However, significant variations were observed for academic qualification, years of experience, and training participation, suggesting that higher credentials, longer tenure, and formal training are associated with greater engagement in strategic‑planning practices.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 A. https://ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/466 THE HADITH OF THE PROPHETIC BADHA'A, FATIMAH, DAUGHTER OF THE MESSENGER OF ALLAH: VIRTUES AND CONTROVERSIES 2025-09-30T20:29:33+00:00 Abdullah Ali Salem Abdul-Wali [email protected]
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the best of creation, his family, and all his companions. This study aims to clarify the virtues of Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and how they have been exploited by those with ulterior motives. It also addresses the amount of doubts raised regarding the texts related to the subject and attempts to tackle the issues arising from the meanings of the derived hadith. The researcher employed an inductive and analytical approach in this study by tracing, discussing, and analyzing the narrations. The researcher divided this study into two sections: Chapter One: the hadith is studied from the perspective of narration, discussing its text, supporting evidence, strange aspects, its narrators, its sourcing, wording, and benefits. Chapter Two: the hadith is examined from the perspective of understanding, presenting some controversial issues related to it, such as Fatimah's anger, her infallibility, the ruling on insulting her, and the ruling on polygamy concerning her and her descendants, among other matters. The truth in these issues is clarified based on what appeared to the researcher. The study concluded with the following:

The family of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) possesses virtues and merits that can only be denied by a denier or a stubborn person; including Al-Zahra (may Allah be pleased with her).

Clarifying how some ill-intentioned individuals have misused the texts regarding the virtues of Fatimah for their own benefit for various reasons.

That the methodology of the Ahl al-Sunnah is generally a moderate approach in terms of understanding and reasoning, with explanation and clarification, and an effort to gather texts and interpret them in the best possible way, while defending the honorable companions from accusations made by certain deviant sects.

The study also recommended a deeper examination of the texts and understanding them correctly in accordance with the principles and objectives of Sharia, as well as paying attention to and reviewing studies focused on purifying the heritage from what is not appropriate regarding the Prophet (peace be upon him) and his noble companions.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Abdullah Ali Salem Abdul-Wali https://ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/467 ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AND HUMAN TRANSLATION OF SELECTED QUR’ANIC VERSES (ĀYĀT): A CONTRASTIVE STUDY OF SEMANTIC AND INTERPRETATIVE ACCURACY 2025-09-30T20:32:36+00:00 Ahmed Saeed Mater Salem [email protected]
Advanced Neural Machine Translation (NMT) has revolutionized cross-language communication. However, its extension to religious translation, particularly the Holy Qur'ān, involves challenges beyond linguistic transfer, encompassing deeper theological, cultural, and exegetical nuances. This study conducts a systematic contrastive analysis of AI-generated and human translations of nine verses (Āyāt) containing ten semantically complex and interpretively challenging terms precisely selected Qur'anic verses (Āyāt), focusing on their lexical richness and semantic ambiguity. By comparing the ChatGPT and DeepL outputs with Dr. Mustafa Khattab's acclaimed human translation (The Clear Qur'an, 2001) and adopting Tafsīr Ibn Kathir as an interpretive reference point, this study measures translations along the lines of semantic fidelity, contextual richness, and interpretive depth. The findings of this study reveal that the capacity of AI tools to create linguistically competent outputs is matched by systemically weaker performance in expressing interpretive depth and theological intent and a tendency to fall back on literal or fallacious translations. Human translation, informed by learned tradition, outperforms AI in managing the complexity of Qur'ānic discourse. The study concludes by affirming the need for any future application of AI to religious text translation to adopt a domain-specific exegetic corpus with expert oversight.
2025-09-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025
