Abstract

From this study, the researcher seeks to reach a number of legal rules and opinions that can be used in the coming period during the completion of the establishment of administrative judicial bodies and to clarify the procedures before filing an administrative lawsuit and after submitting it to the judiciary in the (Republic of Yemen). Accordingly, the researcher studied the most important Egyptian administrative judiciary bodies and analyzed the rules for filing an administrative lawsuit and the procedures prior to it and in its shadow, considering the experience of the Egyptian administrative judiciary as a pioneering experience in the region and countries of the world, and through this experience, we can benefit from it to a large extent, we are here in (Yemen). The research consisted of an introduction and two sections for each topic, two demands, and a conclusion of the study that included a number of conclusions, results, recommendations, and suggestions.
