The aim of the current research is to reveal the possibility of predicting the psychological resilience of high school students in the city of Aden through social support and to reveal the relationship between social support and psychological resilience of high school students in the city of Aden. The subjects of the research consisted of (200) second-year students who were randomly selected from Aden secondary schools. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive approach. The instruments employed for data collection were (a) The Social Support Scale (prepared by: Al-Najjar, 2012) and (b) the Psychological Resilience Scale (Prepared by the Researcher, 2020). To treat the data statistically, the researcher used the (SPSS) program: multiple gradient regression analysis, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results show the possibility of predicting the psychological resilience of high school students in the city of Aden at a significance level (0.01), through the degree of social support. There is also a statistically significant correlation relationship at (0.01) level, between the degrees of social support and its dimensions (family support - friends support - teachers support - total score) and the psychological resilience scores of high school students in Aden.
