Abstract

The study aimed to identify the possibility of realizing the methods of confronting the education crisis because of the Corona epidemic at the schools of the Tuban district, Lahj governorate, Yemen. In addition, it aimed to reveal whether there are differences between the estimates of the sample members to the degree of the possibility of achieving the methods of facing the education crisis due to the Corona epidemic at the schools of Tabun district, Lahj governorate,Yemen in the light of the variables: gender, occupation and experience.
The researchers used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for the data collection. After the judgment on the validity and reliability of the tool, it was distributed to a sample of 56 individuals including the following categories: a school head, a school head deputy, a social worker, an educational supervisor (mentor), a department head at the Education administration in the district of Tuban. The data was processed through SPSS program, and the study showed many results. According to the results, the degree of possibility of achieving methods of confronting the education crisis due to Corona in the area of the study was big in all fields. These fields are arranged in descending order as follows: awareness, information gathering, planning procedures, prevention, and confronting the crisis.
The results of the study also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in the estimates of the study sample members to the extent of the possibility of achieving the methods of confronting the education crisis due to Corona in the study area. This can be attributed to the variable of gender, occupation, or experience in all fields.
