Abstract

This study, which deals with the spatial distribution of tourist facilities in Khormaksar district, is located within the geography approach.
Where our interest came to reveal the controls governing the geographical distribution of these facilities on the city's land.
The study was based first on the data available to the local administration in the governorate, then relied on the field survey of the study area to correct and complete the missing data in the form of a questionnaire covering all tourist facilities.
The study showed the impact of the location characteristics of the coast of Abyan, as well as the planning of the central business district in the (Al-Shababat) neighborhood in attracting and focusing tourist facilities.
