THE QUALITY OF STUDENT SERVICES AND FACILITIES IN THE POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION, SABR

The studies aimed to identify the degree of availability of the quality of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program at the Faculty of Education, Saber. The study adopted the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. It was applied to a sample consisting of (77) male and female students enrolled in the Education Department at the Faculty of Education, Sabr (educational curricula, educational management and supervision), and the SPSS program was used to analyze the data. The study reached the following results: The degree of availability of the quality of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program at the Faculty of Education, Sabr in all fields was medium, with an arithmetic mean of (2.77). The results of the quality of student services and facilities, according to the fields of study, were arranged in descending order, as follows: The field of (registration services) came in the first place with a medium score and an arithmetic mean of (3.33), while the field of (administrative facilities) came in the second place with a medium score and an arithmetic mean of (3.05), followed by the field of (Communication System) with a medium score and an arithmetic mean of (2.83), followed by the field of (General Appearance) with a medium score and an arithmetic mean of (2.77), and the field of (Library Services) came in the fifth place with a medium score and The arithmetic average is (2.66), and the field of (academic facilities) ranked sixth with an average score and a mean of (2.66). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the sample members’ assessment of the degree of quality of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program in the College of Education, patience, due to the gender variable in the field of general appearance, communication system, and library. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the sample members' estimation of the degree of quality of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program in the Faculty of Education, Sabr, due to the gender variable in the field of administrative facilities, academic facilities, halls, and equipment (all in favor of males). There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the sample members' assessment of the degree of availability of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program in the College of Education, patience, due to the variable of the learner's current situation in all fields. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the sample's estimation of the degree of quality of student services and facilities in the postgraduate program in the Faculty of Education, Sabr in all domains due to the employment status variable, except for one domain, which is the field of communication, in favor of a non-employee.
