Abstract

The study aims to identify the state of the Centers of Continuing Education at universities in Taiz Province. It also aims to identify whether there are significant differences among the university community members to the state of the centers according to two variables, leadership of the center and its name. The researcher uses the survey descriptive method. The tool of the study is a questionnaire consists of 34 items and four fields: academic 12 items, material 6 items, financial 9 items, and administrative field 7 items. It is applied to 42 individuals namely the leaders of these centers. The result of the study shows that the state of the centers according to the level of the research tool in general has the mean 2.80 and level average. The academic, financial, and administrative fields have level average as well. While financial field has a weak average. The study makes recommendations to improve the state of the centers.
