Abstract

The coasts of Hadramout Governorate are characterized by a concentration of industrial activity in the field of construction materials, primarily in cities such as Al-Mukalla and Ghayl Ba Wazir, or nearby. This concentration is attributed to the utilization of existing public facilities, provision of basic services, and proximity to marketing centers. Many investors are drawn to these cities or their vicinity due to available economic opportunities and facilitations. These trends indicate an imbalance in the spatial distribution of construction industries across various coastal directorates, with other directorates suffering from a lack of such facilities.
