Abstract

This scientific research tries to present a new critical reading of the terms theft and poetic opposition, which are considered an addition to the previous readings and may be completed by them, as it is related to their concepts which are recently called the interrelation of texts or their overlapping. They are basically processes that combine creative inspiration, poetic development, and cultural cross-fertilization, Which was not understood by criticism except in the light of a modernist perspective, with which the ancient Arab critical heritage is not completely absent.
To achieve this purpose, the researcher adopted a systematic mechanism based on extrapolation, analysis and deduction of judgments. Thus, the research came structurally in an introduction, four basic demands and results which indicated that the terms plagiarism and poetic opposition need further study, analysis and understanding of the witness to review the old critical judgments that were issued in their evaluation with far-reaching moral motives. On the philosophical theories that explain the inspiration and creative processes of creation on the one hand, and understanding the general context of the inevitable development of poetry on the other hand, as well as the cultural cross-fertilization and its impact on the morals of peoples and civilizations on the last hand. The results also indicated that the terms plagiarism and poetic opposition, according to the perception or perspective of inter-textuality, came as two critical terms that fall into the stereotype of conscious inter-textuality which is intended on one hand, and presents the text to know the contained text that it embraced on the other.
