Abstract

The aim of the study is to investigate the Sexual Harassment practiced by students at the University of Aden and its relation to Psychological Hardness. The study population consisted of students at the University of Aden of (7357), The sample of the study consists of (480) Students, males, and females, of the University of Aden. and the descriptive and analytical approach was used.
The results of the study have shown the followings:
The prominent reasons for sexual harassment are behavioral deviation, weak moral and ethical restraint, and weak religious restraint.
The are several forms of sexual harassment, of which the most prominent are visual harassment, offensive manner words harassment, and gestures and movements harassment. There are psychological effects of sexual harassment crystalized in the forms of anger and emotion, the feeling of embarrassment and confusion, anxiety and tension, the feeling of humiliation, and disturbing nightmares and dreams.
There are statistical function differences in sexual harassment among males and females students.
There is a linking relation function between sexual harassment and psychological hardness.
