THE REALITY OF PRACTICING THE SKILL OF MANAGING MATH CLASS TIME AMONG TEACHERS IN THE PRIMARY STAGE IN ADEN GOVERNORATE

The study aimed to identify the reality of practicing the skill of mathematics class time management for teachers in the primary stage in Aden governorate, and to identify the statistically significant differences between the responses of the study sample according to the qualification type variable (educational, non-educational), the researcher used the descriptive approach and designed A note card made up of six main teaching skills (homework follow-up, introduction, content presentation, evaluation, lesson summary, and homework), including (27) sub-skills. The sample of the study consisted of (63) teachers of the seventh, eighth and ninth grades, and the researcher concluded that the reality of practicing the skill of managing math class time as a whole was at an average level, while both the introduction and lesson summary skills came at a weak level The rest of the skills are at a medium level, and there are (13) sub-skills at a weak level, (11) at a medium level, and (3) at a high level. The results also indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the group of educational teachers and the group of non-educational teachers in favor of educational teachers.
