Abstract

Andalusia has lived in the Umayyad period the perfect times of stability and flourish of civilization, in which police were playing a main role, by creating the security climate, and working on creation of an ambience for cultural creativity, where police officers had done their works and tasks in the best of security, political, social, economical and war ways.
