CONSTITUTION OF MEDINA AND ITS ROLE IN MODERATION AND FIGHTING EXTREMISM AND EXAGGERATION

Abstract

Research Summary: The idea of the research came by mentioning some of the articles in the Medina document that deal with moderation, moderation, and tolerance in civil society in particular, and its extension to the world in general. As this study is concerned with knowing the dimensions of moderation in Islam, and the foundations that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, sought to achieve moderation and fight extremism and extremism through the community of Medina, with the greatest change that occurred to Muslims after the migration in confronting the intellectual and religious difference in Medina. By concluding a pact that unites differences in the crucible of Islamic protection without causing harm to the peaceful ones, and preserving their security and rights. The blessed biography of the Prophet in all its dimensions constitutes an open journey for every researcher in various sciences, for it is the biography of giving for every time and place. It is the stage of building the assets for human life to enjoy justice, moderation and security in its homeland and society, away from extremism and exaggeration. So the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, issued the first constitution to regulate relations between members of a single community, melting all racial discrimination between them and making them enjoy in the crucible of moderation and safety, as the provisions of this document were preceded by many of the articles of international laws in the modern era developed by the Hadi of the Ummah since its establishment of the first state in Islam.
