Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational trust and the performance of employees at Al-Zaeem Al-Azhari University, the study population consisted of all employees at Al-Zaeem Al-Azhari University. For employees and the organization as a whole, all workers are given the opportunity to participate in decision-making, and it recommended several recommendations, including the need to give workers tasks commensurate with their abilities and academic qualifications.
