THE BASIC RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS Of CIVILIANS IN REPUBLIC OF YEMEN BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL COVENANTS AND CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES

Abstract

The lawful protection of rights and freedoms has a great important, cause it organize a different fields of society. For that, it has been concluded by two sources represents in rules of international law and national legislator. Therefore, its protection did not depend on international legislator only but also on International covenants, which have become important guarantees for the improvement and protection of rights and freedoms; for what it represents, to achieve the guarantee of coexistence between peoples with common and shared human values. Cause all people are equal in rights and freedoms without distinction between them. Therefore, any deviation about those principles of member states of those international covenants needs international condensation. The research provides the extent to which the constitutional and international guarantees of rights and freedoms of citizens in the Republic of Yemen are in conformity with the international covenants and covenants related to them, which the state has ratified and committed to the agreement and protect in normal times and crises. We talked about constitutional guarantees of fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens in the Republic of Yemen and their conformity with international covenants and charters, by dividing the research into three sections, preceded by an introduction and a conclusion with most important findings and recommendations of the research. The first topic included the constitutional and international guarantees of civil and political rights and freedoms. While the second topic contained the constitutional and international guarantees of personal rights, freedoms and duties. Finally, the third topic represent about constitutional and international guarantees of economic, social and cultural rights and freedoms.
