Ibn Malik, Hidden, GrammariansAbstract
The research studied the grammatical ruling on grammatical issues, which Ibn Malik described as being hidden from many grammarians in his book (Shawahid Al- Tawdhih wa-Al-tasehih li-mushkilat Al-Jami Al-sahih). The research showed the rulings of Ibn Malik on these issues, which were contradicted by many of the grammarians who preceded him. He was supporting his saying by the evidences included in the hadiths of the Prophet for the correctness of that use and eloquence, supporting those hadiths in some issues with Quranic verses and Arabic poetry. The research also showed that what is meant by Ibn Malik's use of the term (hidden) is to conceal the hadith evidence form them, or to conceal the permissibility of Cebueih for this issue, or that he wants with this term to settle those who prevent ruling the issue in which the evidence is mentioned, despite his knowledge of it by those who are ignorant of it. If it does not affect his judgment, he and those who are ignorant of it are the same. Ibn Malik did not name anyone from whom a ruling was hidden except Ibn Jinni. The research issues reached ten issues arranged as they came in the studied book.
