Abstract

Chronic diseases of various types have different impacts, as they constitute the causes of death around the world. They are also an important factor in the emergence of many social problems and their emergence at the level of the patient, his family, and the entire community, and among those chronic diseases (kidney failure),Accordingly, our current study aimed to identify the problems resulting from renal failure in Aden Governorate The questionnaire, interview and observation tool was used to collect data. The study was applied in the hemodialysis center in Al-Jumhuriah Teaching Hospital in Aden Governorate on an intentional sample consisting of (100) patients. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the total number of patients with renal failure in Aden governorate is about 336 patients with renal failure.The social and family problems facing patients to a large extent is the lack of connection with the person suffering from kidney failure, in addition to the fact that they find it difficult to carry out their roles and activities, which limits their communication with others.
