Manuscripts are an important part of the cultural heritage that produced by the Arab and Islamic civilization in various humanitarian fields of knowledge, and a historical document reflect the civilization image of the nation, Manuscripts also as a books which scientists put in it their thoughts, experiences, and creativity. There are numerous centers that collected manuscripts including libraries of corners that still full of manuscript heritage in order to take advantage of it in religious education. Sufis Corners in the town of Tareem Hadhramout, Yemen have kept many aspects of the manuscript heritage in Yemen. They are still well full of the treasures of books and manuscripts Sufi at the time that Yemen manuscripts suffered from homelessness, loss, disappearing, and migration many of them outside the country, either by the robbery, or by selling and trading, and the impact on the nation's civilized and cultural heritage. The aim of this research, which depends on the descriptive and analytical approach to identify the contribution of Sufi Corners in Tareem City - Yemen to maintain the manuscripts, and to highlighting the ways to protect it.
