Science in the college of Applied Science in the light of the educational culture variable. Aden University in light(Gender, educational qualification, and years of experience variables). The sample of the study consisted of (20) male and female the teaching staff members in the college of Applied Science the University of Aden. The researcher administrated a questionnaire consisted of (32) items distributed on four domains after checking validity and reliability. The results show the faculty member's understand Science in the college of Applied Science in light of the educational culture variable. The first field(faculty members understanding of Science), the second field(faculty members understanding of educational culture), the third field (faculty members understanding for the relationship between Science and educational culture, the forth field (faculty members understanding of Science and everyday culture). Moreover, means, standard deviations. ANOVA and (t) tests for independent samples were used to analyze the data. As well as the study found no statistically significant differences for the variables of academic specialization, qualification, sex, years of experience, and all fields of Study.
