Universities are keen to continue using task forces to complete work, solve problems, perform tasks, and deepen their concept and importance of task forces. They should pay attention to granting their employees more appropriate administrative powers and responsibilities to involve them in the preparation and formulation of the university's objectives and visions and encourage workers to make decisions about their work.
